A group of Indian hackers calling themselves Hell Shield Hackers defaces a Pakistani government website called Municipal Services Program Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Khyber Paktunkhwa is a province in Pakistan) (www.mspkp.gov.pk) apparently in retaliation against Pakistani hackers.
