One of the victims is Luis Encarnaci n, the coordinator of the Coalici n ContraPESO (CounterWEIGHT Coalition). Mr. Encarnaci n is an advocate for Mexico's soda tax.

The breach also exposed passwords stored as MD5 hashes alongside their plain text equivalents. The data was provided to HIBP by a source who requested it be attributed to "fall1984@protonmail.com".
